What You'll Study in Our Strength Training Certification Program
Our Strength Training and Conditioning Coach microcredential program prepares you to take certifying exams, so you'll graduate ready to get to work. You'll be able to design exercise programs and prescriptions according to individual needs — giving people the motivation to keep working toward their wellness and stress management goals.
If you're motivated to continue your education, the credits you earn can be a jump-start toward completing an associate degree in Exercise Science & Wellness.
BIO 122: Nutrition
You'll study the role proper nutrition plays in gaining and maintaining good health
BUS 102: Foundation of Business
The basics of business, including legal aspects, marketing, bookkeeping, and social responsibility
