Dutchess Community College understands the importance of voting and is committed to ensuring that eligible community members have the opportunity to vote.
Qualifications to Register to Vote

- Be a U.S. citizen
- Be 18 years old by the date of the primary, general or other election
- Live at your present address at least 30 days before an election
- Not be in jail or on parole for a felony conviction
- Not claim the right to vote elsewhere
You may print the registration form by downloading a Voter Registration Form (English) or a Voter Registration Form (Spanish). (You will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print the voter registration form. You may download the Adobe program, free, from the Adobe website.)
Or, you may pick up a voter registration form by visiting any county board of elections, post office, or department of motor vehicles, or by calling the Dutchess County Board of Elections at (845) 486-2473.
