Selecting Your Financial Aid Refund Preferences

Step 1: Verify Your Mailing Address

Please make sure we have your current mailing address on file. You can verify your information by contacting the Office of the Registrar at (845) 431-8020 or registrar@sunydutchess.edu.

Be sure to update your address with the U.S. Postal Service, if needed, to avoid delays.

Step 2: Choose a Refund Preference in myDCC

Log in to myDCC and go to the Student Financial Services tab. Select the “Make Refund Choice” link in the BankMobile box on the right to make your refund preference selection.

Remember, even if you aren’t expecting a refund this semester, you may receive a refund in the future, so don’t wait to select your refund preference.
