How to Register

See the course schedule, then follow the directions below to register for a course.

Degree Seeking (Matriculated) Students

Online registration is available for students who have an active myDCC account. Degree Seeking students must email their Academic Coach to be advised and obtain their Web Registration PIN number. Please contact act@sunydutchess.edu if you have questions about advising.

New degree-seeking (matriculated) students who want to register must apply online for admission. If there are any questions you can email Admissions for more information.

Continuing Non-Degree Seeking (Non-Matriculated) Students

How to Register Online:

Step 1: Log into myDCC account

Step 2: Register for Courses

Step 3: Make payment arrangements

New Non-Degree Seeking (Non-Matriculated) Students

How to Apply and Register Online:

Step 1: Select the link to Apply Now 

Step 2: Select option to Apply to Dutchess Community College

Step 3: Select First time user account creation

Step 4: Create a Login ID and a PIN

Step 5: Select Application “Part-Time Non-Degree Study Application” from drop down

Step 6: Complete the Application to get to the signature page with your myDCC Login and Password

Step 7: Register for your course(s)

Step 8: Make payment arrangements

Fill out registration form and send it to registrar@sunydutchess.edu. Please be sure to include any transcripts showing completion of required prerequisites.

You will be mailed a schedule, a bill and other important registration details within 3-5 days from the day we receive your completed registration form if your desired courses are available. 

If you are a new student wishing to register, you must apply through the Admissions Office. Email admissions@sunydutchess.edu for more information.
