Recent Alumni Visits
Alum, want to plan a visit?CONTACT US
Our alumni have stayed in the community and built businesses, families and legacies. Our alumni have also done the same throughout the state, the country and the world! We love to welcome our alums back from all over to share their lives and expertise after DCC with our current students. Here are just a few of them.
Adam Podpora and Michael Campagna
Adam Podpora ’11 and Michael Campagna ’11 attended a Career Expo at DCC on March 6, 2018 to talk about what it is like being an engineer working at Central Hudson. The expo provided an opportunity for Engineering Science, Electrical Technology, Construction Technology and Architectural Technology majors to speak to alumni working in the field and find out about their career path.
Keith Daly ‘72, former president and CEO of Footlocker, visited campus to speak to student athletes and coaches about his career after graduating from DCC. Louis LaPenna ‘72, who played basketball with Keith at DCC, also attended the event. Keith was inducted into the DCC Alumni Hall of Fame on March 25, 2023.
DCC Engineering Science and Electrical Technology Alumni from the classes of 1960-2022 gathered for a reunion at Black Snake Brewing Company at Old Adriance Farm on May 17. This has become a 4+ decade-long tradition of having an alumni gathering. It is a great way for faculty to reconnect with students from their past and help make connections for current students. The beautiful outdoor venue allowed for family members and future alumni to join in the fun! If you are a graduate of the Electrical Technology or Engineering Science program and would like an invitation to the annual Engineering alumni reunion, email email@example.com.
DCC alum DJ Perly returned to help us celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with a great performance of her music mixing skills!
