The Office of Human Resources Management represents excellence in human resource leadership in support of the Dutchess Community College mission and our customers, the College and Dutchess County communities.
We provide quality HR services to attract, develop, motivate and retain a diverse workforce within a supportive work environment. We do this with an emphasis on customer service based on consultation, communication and collaboration with all units and departments across DCC.
We succeed by earning the satisfaction of our customers; the respect and trust of those who govern us, support us and do business with us; and the pride of our employees.
The department acts as a resource for the DCC community and is recognized as a dynamic team of knowledgeable professionals who impact and promote fair human relations throughout the organization.
