Welcome home! Students may now combine the quality, affordability and other benefits of a Dutchess Community College education with the experience of living away at college.
Our contemporary, suite-style residence hall provides a fun, vibrant and enriching living and learning environment for full-time DCC students interested in an on-campus residential experience.
Suites feature spacious bedrooms, kitchenettes (with microwave and sink), living rooms and two bathrooms. Common areas, including a bright atrium, lounges, a fitness center and study areas provide ample opportunity for academic, recreational and social programming and casual conversation. Of course, safety is a top priority; the hall features state-of-the-art security and fire systems.
You must apply for admission to the College before you apply for housing, because you will need portal login information to get to the online housing application. Be sure to keep your financial aid paperwork on track and apply early for housing to avoid having to be waitlisted.
If you're not ready to submit a housing application, sign up to become a Housing Insider. We'll keep you posted on exciting developments and important news.
If you are ready to apply for Academic Housing for the fall 2022-spring 2023 term, please go to sunydutchess.erezlife.com and use your DCC login credentials to access your housing application.
New students from counties other than Dutchess and Putnam must have a high school average of at least 70 (or a minimum TASC score of 2800) in order to be eligible to live in Academic Housing. Students who have less than the required high school average and reside within Dutchess or Putnam will be evaluated for housing eligibility on an individual basis. Transfer students with a GPA below 2.0 also will be considered for housing on an individual basis.
