Some of our classes offered with online components or fully online. The different types of classes are explained below:
Traditional (TR): TR classes are traditional, on-campus classes that meet in person at specific times.
Asynchronous Remote (ADL): ADL classes use remote/online environments and do not have specific meeting times.
Synchronous Remote (SDL): SDL classes are remote/online courses that meet during specific times via Zoom or Collaborate. Meeting times are listed on the course schedule.
Combined Asynchronous/Synchronous Remote (CDL): CDL classes combine ADL and SDL components. Students should expect that 25-75% of the class will meet synchronously during the meeting times listed on the schedule. The specific dates can be found in the course syllabus.
Hybrid with an Asynchronous Remote Component (HYA): HYA classes meet partially in person at specific times and partially remote/online. The remote/online portion of the class will not meet at specific times.
Hybrid with a Synchronous Remote Component (HYS): HYS classes meet partially in person at specific times and partially remote/online. The remote/online portion of HYS classes meet at specific times via Zoom or Collaborate.
