How to use BankMobile
Verify your mailing address
Please make sure we have your current mailing address on file. You can verify your
information by contacting the Office of the Registrar at 845-431-8020 or registrar@sunydutchess.edu.
Be sure to update your address with the US Postal Service as well to avoid delays.
Watch the mail
Look for the bright green envelope from BankMobile to arrive in the mail at the address
you provided. Inside you’ll find your Refund Selection Kit with steps for selecting
your refund preferences.
Log on and select a refund preference — don’t delay!
Log in to your Blackboard account at my.sunydutchess.edu and go to the Student Financial Services Tab. Click the Make Refund Choice link in the BankMobile box on the right to make your refund preference selection.
Be sure to get started as soon as your kit arrives! Remember, even if you are not
currently expecting a refund this semester, you may receive a refund in the future,
so don’t wait.
