Dutchess Community College is the launching point for getting your degree. Whether taking classes full or part-time, or looking to transfer, DCC will give you the opportunities, resources and support you need to succeed.
A full-time student is someone who is enrolled in twelve or more credits for the fall or the spring semester. Students must be full time if they plan to live on campus or participate in Intercollegiate sports.
Many students at DCC attend classes part time – which means that they take 11 or fewer credits. Part-time students will often take longer than two years to complete their degree.
