Hey! My name is Jerusha Aman. I'm in the LAH and BAT programs here

| Hello there! My name is Richie Barton, and this is my second semester at DCC. I enjoy sports, reading, creative writing, movies, and food. Love to play any sport and watch Yankee baseball and Giant Football. My favorite book is LOTR. I don't have just one favorite movie but Forest Gump is up there in the top.... five. And as far as food goes.... NY pizza baby. If you ever need any kind of help with writing, Ii would love to help. Also, if you want to play "Name that movie", I got crazy movie quotes! |

Hi! My name is Anna Fister and this is my first semester tutoring in the Writing Center. I have been here at Dutchess for two years as an education major. When I'm not at school or working, I enjoy swing dancing, watching old movies and going to concerts. I know that I will learn much by being a peer tutor, and I can't wait to help students as well. |

. Kevin Kreuter has been a resident of Pougquag, NY his entire life, where he enjoys playing basketball and watching movies with his friends. Kenyatta McKenzie is not Alice, although he has traveled down the rabbit’s hole. Kenyatta has neither friend nor pet who is a fish or otherwise aquatic denizen, but he does play a bass. In reference to peer critiquing of literary compositions, Kenyatta is honestly honest, and tells the truth when he says “I like to lie about.” |
| Hello! My name is Ashley Neal, and this is my third semester at Dutchess
in the LAH program. After graduation I intend to transfer and continue
my studies. I am an avid reader with hopes of one day writing my own
book. I strive to be the best at what I do and look forward to working
with student writers. |

| Hello! My name is Madeleine Ouellette, and this I my third semester at Dutchess. I am a LAX biology major and look forward to expanding my knowledge of the liberal arts this semester. I work at both the Writing Center and the Math Lab; when I’m not working at Dutchess, I’m painting, drawing, and heading a club. The biggest painting I’ve done recently was seven feet by four feet. |

I love to help my fellow students in the writing Center because I think
sometimes it takes another student's perspective to really understand
some of the material we are assigned to do. The Writing Center is a
friendly, pressure-free environment here to aid in your success, so stop
on by.

Andrew Steier is a full time student at DCC. He has an eclectic range of interests both in and out of the classroom, and is as happy to take a physics course as he is to quote Shakespeare. He is involved on campus, currently heading the Christian Fellowship Club, and practically lives in Washington. He enjoys the Korean language, drinks boba tea, and is a huge fan of second breakfast. |

| Scott McNeight, a DCC graduate and former tutor in the Writing Center, is currently enrolled in his final undergraduate year at Marist. Majoring in English, he hopes to go on to graduate study at an undecided school in NYC. He spends most of his free time studying authors from Chaucer to Hemingway in the hopes of not embarrassing himself on the GRE Literature Test, which is required for graduate school. Despite serious time constraints, he somehow finds time to write creatively every night (often in the middle of the night), and he works diligently to try and avoid leaving unfinished manuscripts littering his computer. Henry Ricci From starting out taking DCC classes as a hobby, to becoming a tutor at the Writing Center, to working as an ENG 092 writing assistant, to maturing into a Geezer, to igniting a fire in me to get my Masters, to teaching an English Composition I class this Fall 2007 semester, to making great friendships with my fellow tutors and with Tom Denton and Edwina Gray, it has been exciting, thought provoking, and oh so enjoyable! Thank you.
