The Writing Center sometimes (particularly in the fall semester) employs DCC graduates of our program to work as Writing Workshop Assistants in composition classrooms . . . a sort of “floating tutor” who works with the class instructor. Normally, an Assistant is scheduled to work every week for a few hours at a time. If you are interested in working in this position for the Writing Center, contact Tom Denton (431-8436).
