Disability Services

Welcome to the Office of Disability Services

The Office provides a supportive learning environment for students with documented disabilities. The goal of the Office of Disability Services is to ensure accessible educational opportunities. The purpose of this office is to eliminate any competitive disadvantages, removing barriers that impact learning while fostering independent, self determined learners.

Located in the Student Services Center, Room 303, the Office provides support services for students with documented disabilities including testing and classroom accommodations, adaptive technology training, academic supports including time management, study skills, test taking strategies and professional tutoring in English and Math.

Students who have a documented disability must identify themselves in person at the Office of Disability Services with their documentation.  For students with documented disabilities, arrangements are made each semester for support services such as testing and classroom accommodations (including placement tests), adaptive equipment, academic skills support, advisement, and registration.
