Graduation Photos Frequently Asked Questions Calendars Directories	Diplomas During the Commencement ceremony a diploma cover will be presented to the graduate. The diploma will be available in the Registrar’s Office beginning Memorial Day week. Those not picked up during that week will be sent to the address listed on the graduation application. Diplomas will be awarded as follows: January graduation Diplomas will be mailed to the address on the application following committee approval in January. August graduation Diplomas will be mailed to the address on the application following committee approval in September. May graduation Diplomas will be mailed to the address on the application following committee approval.
