Privacy in the Digital Age is Focus of Lecture

September 4, 2014 – Georgetown University Professor David Cole will discuss “Preserving Privacy in the Digital Age: The NSA, Your Cellphone, and Constitutional Freedom” at Dutchess Community College on Sept. 18 at 12:30 p.m. in the James and Betty Hall Theatre. The event, being held to mark Constitution Day, is free and open to the public.

Cole is the Hon. George J. Mitchell Professor in Law and Public Policy at Georgetown. He has authored seven books and has been published in many law journals and popular publications including The New York Times, The Nation, The New York Review of Books and The New Republic.
