For the convenience of students and their families, housing will be billed per semester, although the housing contract will cover the full academic year (fall 2012 through spring 2013).

The housing application will be available in early 2012. If you're interested in living in the new residence hall, you should submit your DCC Admissions Application by Febuary 1. Call the Admissions Office at (845) 431-8010 if you have any questions.
Please note that all students living in the residence hall are required to participate in a meal plan.
