MEETING SUNY PLATTSBURGH’S GENERAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: A.A. OR A.S. degree holders who complete courses in all ten Knowledge and Skill areas of the SUNY-Mandated General Education requirement will be considered as having met Plattsburgh’s General Education requirements, with the exception of “Global Issues,” a junior-level course requirement that must be completed at Plattsburgh.

TRANSFER CREDIT: DCC students transferring to SUNY Plattsburgh may be granted a maximum of 67 (credits) semester hours.
COMPREHENSIVE ARTICULATION AGREEMENT: Under the terms of this agreement, students are generally granted full credit for prescribed courses completed at DCC, given full junior status, and should be able to complete the bachelor’s degree at SUNY Plattsburgh with four semesters of full time study. DCC and SUNY Plattsburgh have articulated the following Associate and Baccalaureate degree programs of study:
