Package Pavement Company, Inc. has worked with the Office of Community Services at Dutchess Community College in conjunction with the Saland grant for the past three years.

“DCC has tailored its programs to meet our company’s specific goals and needs. The assistance of the Saland grant has allowed us to train a larger number of employees at a lower cost to the company. This training has been instrumental in increasing our employees’ knowledge and skills in customer service, communication, leadership and management, team building, lean manufacturing and computer usage.
