Interested in a career in real estate? Register now for the New York State Approved Salesperson’s 75-hour licensing course. Topics include: law of agency, ownerships and interests, contracts, deeds, liens, taxes and assessments, transfer of title and closing, construction, finance, valuation, Human Rights & Fair Housing, and more.

Note: Passing a separate NYS exam also is required for licensure; 90% ATTENDANCE REQUIRED

Each weeknight is 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. = 3 hours

There are six Saturdays and 14 weeknights for a total of 78 hours of instruction.
