Registration Information

By Phone: If you hold a Discover, MasterCard or VISA, call the Community Services Hotline: (845) 431-8910. Hotline hours: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Friday.

Online: Click here to register for your class online.

Register by Fax: If you are registering by credit card with a Discover, MasterCard or VISA, we can accept your registration by Fax. Send Fax of completed registration form to

By E-Mail: Fill out on-line Registration Form (include credit card information).

By Mail: Print out Registration Form from this web site, fill out and return with check, money order, or credit card information to:

In Person: Come to the Office of Community Services, Bowne Hall, Room B118 (Parking Lot A, just off Pendell Road) or DCC South, Wappingers Falls, NY. Please bring exact amount if paying by cash.

Medical Authorization: When registering a minor (under 18) for non-credit courses, you will be sent an Emergency Medical Authorization Form, which must be completed and brought to the instructor at the first class.

Tuition Refund Policy: Refunds for withdrawal from non-credit courses will be given if requested prior to the end of the business day preceding the day the course starts. If a refund request is approved for a course, a $5 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds for withdrawal from Enrichment or Sports Academies will be given if requested prior to the end of the business day preceding the first day of the academy. If a refund is approved, a $20 fee per section will be assessed. No refunds will be given after the academy week has begun.

Full refunds will be given for all courses, and academies that are cancelled by the College.

Notes:

  • Please use one registration for per person.
  • Duplicate the registration form if needed.
  • The College uses Social Security numbers soley to maintain accurate student records.
  • Please write Course Number(s) on checks or list Course Number(s) on purchase orders and vouchers.
