    9:15 – 10:30 a.m. Keynote presentation by nationally published authority on greening businesses: Darcy Hitchcock, author of The Business Guide to Sustainability* and president of a consulting firm that specializes in the implementation of sustainable business practices

    *Book is complementary with registration fee

    10:30 a.m. Coffee Break

    10:45 – 11:30 a.m. LEED – What it is, how it can work for large and small businesses – a walk through of credits.

    11:30a.m. – 12 noon NYSERDA presentation to discuss its programs and available funding for owners and vendors

    3. LEED certification: its benefits to the company’s “bottom line” Presenter: Joseph Kirchhoff, Kirchhoff Construction Management

    4. Financial incentives, grants and loans for energy projects (Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation and NYSERDA) Presenter: Gregory Lampman, NYSERDA, Eric Kiszkiel is the Manager of the Energy Efficiency Division for Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corp.
