Academic Support Services

When you enroll at Dutchess Community College, you’ll find your academic experience will be enhanced by any number of support services. College course work can be quite challenging and for that reason, DCC is the ideal place to begin pursuing a college degree. The College provides academic support services in the form of tutoring, basic skills review, computer assisted instruction, course work, study skills videos, academic advisement, and placement testing.

Through basic skills testing, peer tutoring, credit-equivalent course-work, and independent study available day or evening, you can begin – and continue – your college career in the manner most comfortable for you. The following academic resources are available to serve the academic needs of Dutchess students and faculty all year.
