Principal facilities include:

B) BOWNE HALL (built in the early 1900's): houses administrative offices, including the Office of the President, the Dean of Academic Affairs, the Dean of Administration, the Office of Community Services, and the Business Office.

C) CENTER FOR BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY (built in 1988): It includes classroom and laboratory space for the Computer Information Systems and Nursing programs and houses two large television studios and other production facilities for the Communication and Media Arts program. Also included are the Telecommunications and Instructional Media Department, the Computer Center, and the Distance Learning Laboratory.

DRUMLIN HALL (built in 1976): includes the Louis Greenspan Cafeteria that seats 800, and the Faculty/Staff Dining Room.

D) DUTCHESS HALL (built in 1963): is the campus student center and contains the Office of Student Activities, the Ritz Lounge, the College Theatre and the College Bookstore. It also has classrooms, practice rooms, and some faculty offices for the Department of Performing, Visual Arts and Communications are also housed in this building.

F) FALCON HALL (built in 1966): contains classrooms as well as the gymnasium, a dance studio, a fitness center and other activity areas designed for health and physical education instruction. It also houses the Department of Health, Physical Education, Athletics, and Dance.

H) HUDSON HALL (built in 1975): includes classrooms and faculty offices for the following departments: Behavioral Sciences; English and Humanities; and History, Government and Economics. Academic Services is located on the third floor opposite the entrance to the Library. Francis U. and Mary F. Ritz Library: (located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of Hudson Hall) houses 100,000 volumes, carries subscriptions to over 600 periodicals, and offers a variety of online and CD-Rom resources.

S) JACK AND LLELLANIE ORCUTT STUDENT SERVICES CENTER (built in 1964): includes all student services functions including the Dean of Student Services and Enrollment Management, Admissions, Counseling and Career Services, Financial Aid, Student Accounts, Security, and the Office of the Registrar.

T) TACONIC HALL (built in 1963): provides classrooms and laboratories for instruction as well as faculty offices for the following departments: Business Technologies; Behavioral Sciences; and Engineering, Architecture, and Computer Technologies.

W) Allyn J. Washington Center for Science and Art (built in 1999): This facility houses state-of-the-art science, mathematics and art classrooms and faculty offices. The DCC Art Gallery is also located here.
