Adjunct Faculty Opportunities

Candidates are invited to apply for all subject areas. Please review the College catalog and indicate a specific area of interest when submitting a resume. Candidates will be contacted for an interview on an as-needed basis.

There are openings for summer 2016 for adjunct lecturers in the following specific areas:

  • Organic Chemistry I (CHE 231):  Master’s degree required.

There are openings for fall 2016 for adjunct lecturers in the following specific areas:

  • COM 221 -  Media Strategies for Public Relations. Master’s degree required along with professional experience, and teaching experience in public relations or a closely related field. The class meets on Tuesday and Thursday mornings and covers public relations projects including the use of media.
  • Math - all course levels; Master’s degree required.


Candidates generally are expected to hold a master's degree in the subject area taught. Some teaching experience is preferred for all positions.
