The Center for Business and Industry (CBI), located at the north end of campus, across from the Washington Center, is a busy facility that provides classroom and laboratory space for the College's popular Nursing program and the Computer Information Systems program.

The building also houses two large television studios, other production facilities, and faculty offices for the Communication and Media Arts academic program.

In addition to the academic uses of CBI, this multi-purpose center houses the College's Telecommunications and Instructional Media Department and the College's Administrative Computer Center.
